If it's an Oldrim mod, and you find that the author has released an SE version, then you should obviously switch! If it's an SE mod, then you should check that you've installed it properly, and consider contacting the author if a re-install doesn't help. Once you've identified the mod(s) in concern, consider the source. If all of your groups suddenly come up "clean", recombine them in different combinations until you get back on the scent. You may find there's a specific combination of mods that leads to the problem. If it works, switch halves and split again, or else just split again, and continue until you've narrowed it down to the specific mod that's affecting your vampires. If you don't already know, then disable half of your list and give it a test. First you'll need to figure out which mod is missing its facegen data.
